I just leased a new Gravity SUV. After waiting for two weeks to receive my car, I was excite to drive it. The next day while going over the car, I noticed rusted bolts on the doors and the underside of the middle seats. I have contacted both the Service Manager and Customer Care. I was assured that this was be addressed. After several phone calls, I still haven't gotten this issue resolved. How does a brand new car have rusted bolts?
