What is the purpose of the two rubber bumpers under the front of the car, one on each side. They are very low to the ground and I just had one come off when I parked too close to a curb.

on the Air? I think they are air scoops. Other owners more knowledgeable can answer better.

Air dams. They are not held on very well but Lucid will replace them cheaply.

To expand on this, they help move air away from under the front tires and thus reduce drag. Mostly at higher speeds such as highway and up; in Mexico.
It would help a bit to do the same in back but it would be more difficult to keep them attached.

Glad to hear they're cheap to replace. My municipality did a terrible job paving the street I live on; the curb at the end of my driveway is the perfect height/angel to scrape those airdams. I wince every time.

Maybe Santa can bring you a spare set and snaps for Christmas. I believe there’s a separate left and right.

They are actually not that cheap. I think they were $15-20 each, and there are L and R specific parts. They charge you labor to install/replace them. I just bought an extra set from them while I went for service and installed them myself. It was easy enough and took like 20 minutes because you have to get under the car for the top bolt. You can order the extra plastic tabs that you need to connect on Amazon for a few bucks.

They are listed as "Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers" in the parts list...

Can you provide a link to the plastic tabs on Amazon? Thanks.

Considering everything I would classify that as inexpensive/cheap considering …

Lucid designed these air dams to easily tear away with causing damage to the undercarriage of the car. Hence, they are in expensive and easy to replace.
