I need to correct this. The two closest proving grounds are Nissan and VW, the Toyota proving ground is near Wittmann AZ, about an hour northwest of Phoenix. The mountains in the background of video look much more like the Wittmann area than the Casa Grande and Maricopa area. In addition the Toyota site has what is called the Arizona Mobility Test Center for off road performance testing.
