2019 Lincoln Navigator,
I have my right height set to low when driving, but when I stop, I set the ride height to standard and the ride high goes down.
I did a reboot, still the same.

The car defaults to Auto every time you get in and start it up. If you want standard on the streets and low on the highway, do nothing. The car does that automatically.

I, unfortunately, would prefer low at all times, so I have to tap to turn off auto every time I get into the car.

I suspect it’s an EPA requirement. But I’d love to be able to override that if not.

Sort of like Auto Start/Stop on an ICE car. The government knows what's best for us! 😢

YMMV, but the title of the post is inaccurate - it is working properly, just not the way you want it to...

What annoys me is that I can't just open the driver door and change the height on the fly when I need to do something like wipe down the roof of the car. That's about the only time I ever change height. They presumably don't let you do that because lowering it with the door open could catch it on a curb. Makes sense, but it just happens to be the time I usually wanna use it. Gotta either get in the car and close the door, or use the app.

Conversely (and the other annoying part of that) if you open the door and get it stuck on a tall curb you can't raise it to get it unstuck. Had to get out and push up on the car to get it loose once.
