[RESOLVED] Car won't sleep - 1% Phantom drain per hr

I have again started to experience a 1 mile/hour battery drain. Anyone seeing this same issue?
I cannot "force stop" the app, as it turns right back up on its on.

I did after 2.7.0. Was advised by Service to update app. No more problems.

I'm still getting very low mi/kWh so I contacted Lucid Care again and I am attaching what they want me to do with my charger (attached). They said they want "to make sure that the charger is not contributing to any issues with your vehicle's battery performance." It doesn't make sense to me. What if I used EA to charge? Anybody else given this instructions?

Thanks.

Could you re-post what Lucid told you as an image file or screenshot? It's not safe to download and open unknown pdf files.

I saved the screenshot in my files. Was I not supposed to?
It's fine to download and open pdfs from known sources (like Lucid). Just not from unknown email senders, online forums like this one, etc.

That's interesting. This kind of detail would need to be provided by an electrician, not a homeowner.
Have you updated your Lucid phone app to the latest version?

not a bad troubleshooting step. they are saying they want to make sure your home charger isn't leeching energy out of the battery (due to unexpected voltages differences across phases). I don't think EA or any of the L3 chargers would do this .. when you're connected to them you are charging (so energy IN to the battery) at massive rates. But at home, with an idle charger still connected, I could see how what they are saying could happen. not likely, but kudos to them for thinking of this as they troubleshoot. But, if updating the app fixed the issue, then all should be good now?
