[RESOLVED BY OTA 2.7.0] Car won’t go into DRIVE !

So relieved this was taken care of relatively quickly. That was the only major issue I had with the car, feel like I can relax and enjoy it now!
 
Strangely enough, mine started to experience the same problem only after 2.7.1 (the minor update adding more diagnostics). It is on and off, but has happened two or three times now.

Anyone else had the same problem?
 
I've gotten this twice so far. Both times it was very brief, like by the time I realized something weird was going on, the car was back to normal.

I have not but have had my infotainment left screen go black and reboot on getting into the car and more frequently have been getting the glitchy audio with either no sound at all or what sounds like an error in audio sampling rate. I suspect another OTA is in the works to fix these issues.
 
I will keep an eye out. My vehicle was a daily offender prior to 2.7, but I hadn't accepted the latest update due to fear of.... exactly something like this lol. Just my luck that I finally updated thinking it was safe (because the 2.7.1 thread is silent) and then come across this post!

Might take me a while to notice though because I mainly had the issue after charging and I am currently installing a new one at my home because I got sick of using an adapter.
 
So after no issues since June, as of like 2 weeks ago im having oddities with this again. Someone’s no noise (tone)on shift to D, last few days it’s been slow to wake similar to before but it resolves faster.

Anyone else?
 
I’ve experienced the no tone when shifting into gear (drive or reverse) and sometimes the response to the shifter has been a bit slow but nothing like the refusal to go into gear that we were seeing before the update.

That said, not driving the car much anymore since the lease is almost up and I’ve already gotten a replacement car.

I have occasionally had the sound system fail - no chimes or audio, but that has seemed unrelated to me, and it hasn’t happened for a while - probably a month or more. I do notice that very occasionally the car seems to be rebooting, not just waking up when I get in. The pilot panel goes black and I see Lucid logo come up. I have wondered if that was part of the fix - if something is hanging, it just initiates a reboot? That is all I have seen - otherwise it’s seemed like they fixed this one on my car.
