I tried multiple times to update to the new 3.3.20 software but every time I'd get a "Software update failed. Tap for more details." notification in the app fairly quickly. After tapping for more details, there's no error message. I eventually realized that it's because I had car seats installed in the car and the seat belts were latched, and as a result the car would not update. Just posting it here in case others run into the same issue in the future.

This might be correlation, not causation. I have car seats installed and didn’t have any problems with the update.
Have (2) car seats installed & updated to 3.3.20 without issue
tried at least 5 times.I upgrade to 3.3.22 today. Same issue. When the car seat was installed, the update failed. I first released the seat belt, and it failed again. Then I removed the car seat entirely and the update was able to proceed. I think the weight of the car seat was triggering the sensor letting the car think there's a human sitting inside.

Maybe the car seat was blocking a marginal wifi connection?
but I highly doubt that’s the case since there is an access point in the garage and unifi software reports that the lucid gravity WiFi strength is 32 dBm.
I actually had to think this through when I read the thread originally. Not sure if you are joking or not and my initial vision was them removing the actual seat then I was like oh they mean an infant car seat lol.
