Regen seems weaker

Ever since I updated to the latest firmware, the regen seems to be weaker. Even in high regen, the car barely slows down. My percentage is less than 80% so I know that’s not the reason why. I just think maybe my regen may not be working properly?

Colder weather? I'm not getting full regen most of the time cause the battery is cold. I don't always get the warning, but can tell because the bar on the charging side isn't all the way to the left.

I swear that it's weaker than last winter.
