Red triangle system warning

Another day, another problem.

Now the car is always showing this system warning, according to the manual. The car is functioning just fine. I have no idea where this is coming from. No notification anywhere else.

Has anyone seen this?

Mine's related to a reported Drive Unit Failure, but service and I have agreed to keep driving it. Mobile service next week.
