Got my car back in July, and its been a dream so far. However a couple of days ago I started hearing a thumping/rattling sound coming from the drivers side front of the car. I can't get service until next week, which is disappointing as I only have 2 weeks left of my current job with a long, fast commute, but hoping mobile service can fix it on the spot and get me back up and running. I dont have a flat, nor is there anything visibility loose from the outside, so fingers crossed!

Happened to me too, loose suspension arm, just needs torque to specs. Service fixed in my driveway, so any local shop can tighten it for you. Just a socket wrench.

By carefully listening to the sound at low speed and accelerating, you should be able to figure out if it's something about the wheel or tire (makes a noise once every wheel rotation), or just something on the car loose and rattling.

As we have had many very hot days this summer, I have picked up clumps of road-patch tar that stick to my tires. They stay stuck surprisingly long, but do let loose when I approach highway speeds.

Interesting, ill try and have a local shop check for anything loose. It started primarily as I went over uneven ground or bumps, but got more pronounced where now its constantly noticeable. I've stopped driving it but needed to drive about 50 miles home once the noise first started

They blew me off for service today without notice, so I took off of work and sat here waiting. After 2 hours of them not answering the phone or texts, I called customer service who looked into it, someone called in sick, and instead of notifying me, they just skipped the appointment. Now they've rescheduled me for Friday which means another week without my car. I was disappointed enough that my $130k car needs service after the first 45 days, but this level of service is even more disappointing
