Was the date on your paperwork accurate as of the day you got the car, or did it have other dates on it as well?
Mine has two separate dates, neither of which are today (1/29) or accurate.
First CA registration form shows 1/21, which is the date I signed the digital agreement, but not my husband. He signed 1/25.
Second form for date of operation shows 1/25
Payment made it to them 1/22
Is it unreasonable to expect all of the forms where they are dated and I’m signing next to the date to state todays date?
Update: I gave them two options:
1. Redo the paperwork they claimed was impossible to redo
2. Send me an email acknowledging I am signing all of these today and that their forms state other dates.
Turns out redoing the paperwork is easier for them than an email.
