The EQS SUV 450+ starts at $104.4k while the 580 4Matic Pinnacle starts at $132.2k. There will be options on top of that.

A fully loaded Ioniq 5 is $58k. I estimate a fully loaded Ioniq 7 at $68k

A BEV Genesis G80 sedan comes in one trim fully loaded at $80k.

A Genesis G90 ICE sedan starts at $88.4K and tops out at $100.2k.

Lucid Air starts at $87.4k and tops out at $250k

I expect both Lucid Gravity and GV90 to start at ~$99k.

GV90 tops out at ~$110k and Lucid Gravity Sapphire at ~$275k.

These 3 Korean E-SUV’s look like serious competitors, at least so far. Wheelbase is really where it’s at, with the Ioniq 7 reported to be 126” and the EV9 at 122”. I’m estimating a fully optioned price between 60-65K, less than half certainly of a Mercedes EQS SUV and I imagine as well to the Gravity. I’m impressed every day with the near luxury of my Ioniq 5 as well as 800V architecture, and looking forward to more of the same with these SUVs. I hope the Gravity, whenever its released, can prove me wrong.

Korean has proven to be tough competitor.

And don’t forget Vietnamese Vinfast VF9 coming to the market with 7 seaters.
