Preparing to download map

For days I've been trying to download a map prior to traveling there, and it's been stuck at 0% stating 'preparing to download'.
I've tried everything.
Hard Reset
Air-Logo Soft reset
I've deleted the download and started again
Toggled off and on share data
Toggled off and on offline mode
I have a strong wifi connection
I've toggled wifi only to wifi+cellular
I had a tech guy while here for something else take a look with no resolve.

Got the same (?) issue as you. The Add map button does not activate at all. I do have Auto-update Downloaded Maps turned on although no downloaded maps. Supposedly it does it for you for the area ( whatever that means) you are in. I did go to offline map mode and the map was still there although only did this in garage. Make sure your Auto-update is on, turn on offline maps and see what happens. If I find why my Add map button does not work I will post about it.

BTW, I have the new updates loaded 2.11 and UX 3.0, not sure if that is creating an issue?
