My car does not charge at full speed for more than 20-30 minutes when using the Lucid 80A home charger. A mobile technician attempted to resolve this by turning on battery preconditioning, but they noticed that the preconditioning cycle never completes. Even with an ambient temperature of 60 to 70 degrees, the battery will remain in preconditioning mode for hours.

The mobile technician suspects that the battery management system needs to be replaced.

Edit:
Been preconditioning now for almost an hour and I think it will completely drain my battery if I don’t turn it off. It’s supposed to finish and turn off on its own!

I think I have electromagnetic issues

Since you've had a mobile tech out already I'll assume basic troubleshooting has been completed. What's their plan moving forward? Are they taking your Gravity for in-house service?

I’m still waiting for Beverly Hills to follow up with the mobile tech’s findings. The mobile tech logged everything and submitted videos documenting the charging issues.

There shouldn't be any need to precondition for level 2 home charging, only for DCFC
There isn’t a need for preconditioning for level 2 charging. It was something the mobile tech had advised to do and isn’t working correctly. The at home throttling and preconditioning not operating as intended all point towards the battery management system and/or battery having issues.

What charging speeds are you seeing with the 80A charger? Is it on a dedicated circuit?

I installed a 100A breaker specifically for the charger. The car will start at 80A (19kW) and within 22 minutes will throttle down to 60% (11kW) of that. It’s repeatable without fail.

When I charged the loaner Air, it had no problems staying at the full 80A for the entire charge.

I'd be miffed if I'd invested in all that & it wasn't working to full spec. For perspective I'm using a 30 amp existing circuit & dryer outlet (14-30 receptacle) in my garage, which pulls 24A using the included Lucid EVSE cable that came with my GGT. I love waking up to find my charge completed at my set limit, 80%. Even though your setup is glitching, you're still getting almost 2X that amperage, (and I'm jealous.) So you should still be able to get a full charge overnight until the issue is remedied...
