Bahrain sovereign wealth fund buys out McLaren

It looks like the Bahrain wealth fund has taken full control of McLaren.
Given Bahrain and Saudi relations have very good relations and clearly aspirations to become automotive players, I wonder if Lucid has an opportunity to license their tech to McLaren.
This is highly speculative.
