Polestar is showcasing the charging capabilities of the upcoming Polestar 5 sports sedan using a prototype model and StoreDot’s Extreme Fast Charging (XFC) technology. This is the first EV to test StoreDot’s ultra-fast charging technology, and the initial tests are quite promising.

This is seriously impressive.. and it's coming to the US! It should be a very nice competitor for the Air. I wonder if Lucid is working on mechanical updates for the Air and future revisions of the Gravity?

IMO the styling of Polestar's 3 and 5 look great.

Good luck getting a fast charger that will allow for that. Maybe in a few years but the so called fast chargers all throttle down a lot below 350kw after a few minutes from my experience.

Much of that is the car, automatically reducing charging speed as the battery SOC rises. Different cars have different charging curves.
