Pocket Cast problems

I use an app called Pocket Casts to listen to podcasts. Since the last software update, my saved podcasts on Pocket Casts sporadically disappear. Sometimes, eventually, my saved podcasts reappear. This does not happen with Spotify. Hopefully someone has some ideas about how to fix this.

I have a Gravity, use Pockercast synced between the car and my phone and have never seen that. But I haven't had my car for a few weeks, so if it's a recent bug I might have missed it.
I'd try signing out and then back in as a first step, that should force it to sync.

I have an Air and also have it synced to an account on my phone. The interface on the car is not good and it's much easier to search, save and delete subscriptions on the phone. I have not had any problems with podcasts disappearing and reappearing.
