Plug & Charge service "inactive"?

The Lucid app is showing my charging plan as "Inactive," and also says that the "Plug & Charge service" is inactive. I'm supposed to have free EA charging through October of this year. Anyone else seeing this?

It’s a bug in the App. Will still work when you go to charge.
