Pirelli PZERO Tires missing 3PMSF certificate in EU

Hi everyone,

I took delivery of an lucid air pure in October 2025 and so far I'm loving the car. A few weeks ago I discovered that the Pirelli PZERO tires only carry the M+S marking and do not have the Alpine / 3PMSF (snowflake) symbol.

As far as I understand, under current EU regulations and common industry standards, tires without the 3PMSF symbol do not qualify as proper winter or true all-season tires, especially in countries with mandatory winter tire rules.

Because of this I can't drive my car anymore unfortunately.

In my order, the vehicle was specified simply with “19” all-season tires”, without any mention of limitations such as “M+S only” or exclusion of the Alpine symbol.

So I’d like to ask other EU Lucid drivers:

Were you aware that the factory “all-season tires” lack the 3PMSF symbol?

Was this clearly communicated to you at order or delivery?

Has anyone successfully requested or received proper all-season tires with 3PMSF from Lucid (or via leasing company) after raising the issue?

I’m not trying to start a rant — I’m genuinely interested in whether this was widely known and how others have dealt with it.

I’m in the USA, but all season tires mean M+S and there is no expectation for 3PMSF. Only winter tires are expected to have 3PMSF, and even then, it’s a good idea to check.

Well my problem is that they are advertised on the German website as all season tires which means they are necessarily all weather tires which in turn requires them to have 3PMSF.
If I would have known they weren't really all season tires I could have gotten my own set of tires way earlier.
