Phone charging unavailable message yet it works

My wireless charger is working but frequently a message pops up saying wireless charging not available.
Please fix !!!
Not my iPhone has an Apple case that allows wireless charging.

Everyone has this, and it is rumored to be fixed in a forthcoming (soon) update.

For me, it does not charge once it says that.
