plz remind me if this feature is fully active? does the car sense the aarrival of the phone? IO see the button to click on the phone to start car and go in 2 minutes...
is there another step to activate it on 3.5.1 ?

That doesn't exist yet.

With 3.5.1, you can unlock and drive the car through the app, but that's over the internet.

I used this "Remote Unlock" feature added in 3.5.1 last week when snowboarding. Worked well, but before you leave your car make sure you have cellular access both in the car and on your phone. Also, I would advise keeping at least a card with you as a backup.

One slight annoyance with it is one has to press the remote mobile icon in the app before being able to put the car in drive each time. This will work fine for me until true PaaK comes.
