I think you mean lose 30% of its capacity. Thus the new capacity of 70% would meet the definition of replacement.

Not sure if it is true for our Lucid but our Genesis GV60 warns owners that when the SOC is below 20% the HV battery will not charge the 12 volt battery. So if you leave the car below 20% SOC for an extended period of time your 12 volt battery could be dead.
That may be the red icon when you dip below 5% in the Lucid. Looks like a red battery.

Per the manual the red icon is just a system fault warning for the 12V. I'm guessing there isn't a specific warning indicating the 12V is low or not being charged by the high voltage battery, but maybe this would display in those scenarios, or a message would display on the left side of the Center Cockpit panel.
