Lucid's mobile van came out to my home today. The passenger's front door kept cycling open close open when trying to close the door.
They replaced the entire latch. Hopefully, this will fix the problem.
The service reps were great. Very helpful, friendly and eager to please. They also did 2 campaigns while here.
I had thought it may be a problem buying a Lucid here in Oregon as there are no studios or service centers. But they drove down from Seattle, did their work and drove back the same day(2 and 1/2 hours each way. Remarkable!
The service was even better and more prompt than my previous Porsche's and Lexus. High praise indeed.
