Outlets not working?

I tried to use the outlets on my Gravity for the first time today and they didn’t work. The car was on, but outlets all showed “0” and things plugged in to the outlets didn’t work. Am I missing something or is it broken?

Did you try hitting the "Keep On" button?

Yes. No love…. But the car was “on” when I started trying it.
