FYI, all - I had an Ottocast U2-x in another vehicle and thought I would try to see if I could use it in the Lucid. The device sends Android Auto over Apple Carplay. I was able to play audio and view the Android Auto screen on the Lucid display. However, none of the touch functions worked and there was an overscan issue with the screen image.
