Other party on phone call can't hear me

My iPhone is paired via Bluetooth, a call comes in, I answer it. I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me. Anyone else run into this, any suggestions?

Reset the phone and the car and check if it works....

Takes a few seconds typically from what I've experienced. If still no audio, you'll probably have to reset the car.

Happens to me all the time (android). Logo reset fixes it, but can't always pull over to do that. Of course the techs couldn't reproduce the problem, so it just gets added to the list of "character" my car has.

No. But to hear someone with an iPhone has the same problem makes me think is not the phone.

Although, I do often take work meetings in the car and mute my phone. I wonder if it's not un-muting for the next fresh call.

I have the same issue. I had service look at it several times. They say it is normal behavior. Even though when I call them with car’s Bluetooth, they could not hear me. I just keep a set of AirPods in my car for phone calls.
