OTA 3.6.4

I just started getting this message today too. I did note that when I brought my Gravity in for service last week they said I had an open issue for the fob to be updated even though I had already done it and they also told me the same thing back at the recent service center open house, when they said they would mark it as complete in the system. I wonder if it's not flagging correctly as being done on the Lucid end somewhere.
Same here. Let it check and it went away. Charged car at home and it came back at sometime.

I have been getting more sensor errors again after 3.6.4...the dream drive limited, sensors blocked, they all self resolve, so doesn't seem to be an actual hardware problem, but some regression from the 3.6 update

@marqie any roadmap for a future OTA fix for the rear hatch opening reliability (similar to the frunk)?

Software updates have been great so far, frunk was unreliable but 3.6.0 totally addressed that. My last remaining major issues with the car are just that rear hatch issue (it's a pretty annoying one), and the occasional window opening/closing glitches (which have been rare):
- passenger front window sometimes attempts to close and then rolls back down to halfway (maybe a hardware / regulator / pinch point pressure calibration issue)
- passenger front window has once had a glitch where the limits of travel got messed up, but it resolved itself after a few cycles of opening and closing and reboots (not sure what worked)
- app still thinks and warns me that window(s) are open even when they're all fully closed (truly fully closed by the car using the double-detent "auto up" on the window switches, not just some "inch it up" workaround)

The rear hatch issue has been reported on here by several posters as resolved after Service adjusted the latch and strike plate so I doubt SW will remedy this for you.
FWIW, My rear hatch has operated flawlessly since delivery last March

Those all sound like hardware issues to me. Best to contact service.

Sadly, I had mobile service adjust the latch and strike plate but it didn't help, maybe it has to be done at the SC...

Just picked mine up yesterday for this issue, appears fixed after lift gate adjustment. Good news, was only in service less than 2 weeks which is down considerably from last times 6 weeks.

3.6.4 didn't seem to have any impact on my chronic fob delays. 3.6.3 seemed to help a little at first but after a few days it reverted right back to the usual delays.

I'm pursuing a fob replacement now, but if they can't program it remotely and just mail it to me, or do it with a mobile service call, it may be months before I can find a window to give it up for weeks (I'd add the window rolldown and a few other small things to the list if they have to take it to the shop). We've got a lot of road trips planned.

In the meantime it's just another "live with it" thing. Standing at the door for 10 seconds waiting for it to open. 2 parts annoying + 1 part embarrassing when in public.

Nice, I'll have to visit the SC.

That said, it still smells like a smaller-scale repeat of the frunk issue, where it *can* be fixed by mechanical adjustment but a software change to the opening behavior would probably make it a lot more tolerant of mechanical variation and reduce unnecessary load and costs on the service team...

I've had my car ignore me in the morning twice this week, requiring the extra tap on door handle to open. Before, it was about once a month. It's a slight regression for me.

Small sample size and not a good track record already. Another fob battery swap soon - we can keep blaming the batteries :)

First bug post 3.6.4.

Spotify will randomly cycle through my playlist at high speed until the entire list is done.

This seems to have gotten much worse after 3.6.4: phantom braking in reverse when backing into a charging stall.

Nearly every time I'm backing into a charging stall this trip, the car goes a few feet and slams on the brakes because it thinks there's as object in the way when there's not. Super annoying.

I assume that's the rear pedestrian safety setting, which can only be turned off EACH DRIVE rather than permanently. I really don't wanna have to remember to dig into the menus every time I back into a charging stall on a road trip.

The rear collision intervention can be turned off and should not reset with each drive, I turned mine off a while ago because of this behavior and it's never turned back on.

I think that's REAR PARKING PROTECTION. I do keep that turned off. The one that I assume is going off is REAR PEDESTRIAN COLLISION PROTECTION, but I could be wrong. Maybe it is the first one but off isn't really turning it off?

Next time it happens I need to look more closely at the screen to see what it says. I'm usually too busy parking (and cursing) when it goes off and passenger is looking at me like I can't drive. I need to do some sample tests.

I disagree. My rear hatch was flawless for almost a year, while frunk had hiccups as many others reported. Then 3.6.0 came out (or maybe one before that, can't recall exact numbers) and frunk was obviously fixed, I could easily tell the change in timing sequence between the latch and the motor, which was obviously a problem all along. At the same exact time the rear hatch started having opening issues similar to what frunk used to have, unreliable un-latch, fail to open, repeated attempts required to open, etc.
Are you saying this is a coincidence? Suddenly it needs adjustments after never having issues until software update which fixed the same issue for the other latch?
