I’m happy to report that OTA 3.6.4 has made a significant improvement to DreamDrive on my Lucid Gravity.


Before this update, one of my biggest frustrations was the frequent facial-monitoring warnings while driving on city streets, even when I was paying attention to the road. Since installing 3.6.4, those annoying warnings appear to be gone, which has made DreamDrive much more pleasant to use in everyday driving.


Even more exciting, hands-free driving is now working for me on highways. This is a major improvement from my experience before the update and makes DreamDrive feel substantially more capable and polished.


I’ve spent some time driving with the update because I wanted to make sure the improvement was consistent before posting about it. So far, 3.6.4 seems to have resolved the primary DreamDrive issues I was experiencing with my Gravity.


Credit where it’s due—this has been a very noticeable improvement, and I’m glad to see Lucid continuing to refine DreamDrive through OTA updates.


Has anyone else with a Gravity noticed similar improvements after installing 3.6.4?

Great to see these software improvements. The Gravity is now the best vehicle on the road- tech, space, performance, handling, efficiency- nothing gets close.
 
Wish I could experience the latest update…car has been sitting at the Torrance service center for almost a month.
 
Yes I got it today. Have no idea if it fixes anything because on a recent round trip to Colorado Springs from Albuquerque hands free seemed to work fine - my first big test (I got 2.6.3 while in CS). There were a few glitches but I am not qualified to really comment due to lack of long distance driving. A few times hands free turned off then back on shortly thereafter but I could not figure out the pattern. There was a long stretch (20 + miles) of highway clearly marked 75mph, no construction, but the car insisted it was 65 mph. The algorithm for automatically moving from passing lane back to right lane seems a little wacky. On occasion it would move me back behind a slower moving truck, no danger but then immediately slow down and then have to accelerate to pass again. No cars behind or in front. Curves (to the right) may have contributed to this, not sure. Likewise the time or distance the car decides to move back into right lane is not consistent all other factors being the same - again no danger but it might be four truck lengths or a quarter mile. But in general for a novice it worked pretty well.
NOW fix the bug introduced in 2.6 that keeps moving my USB1 music to USB2. Play music, get out of car, get back in car automatically plays a portion of last song, cuts off every time and you have to go to USB 2 and restart (drive is in USB 1). Yes I told software people. This is driving me nuts as I do not listen to anything else.
 
did you perhaps mean a different SW version?...the ones you mentioned were not making any plausible sense for Gravity
 
just started the DL- probably won't notice anything as I haven't had issues with DDP and the fob lately
 
Is anyone having problems with Live View? It hasn’t worked for me on WiFi nor LTE since 3.6.3, and 3.6.4 didn’t change anything.

Very pixelated and at a low refresh rate, but it hasn't stopped working for me
 
my live view says i have to verify my identiy while in the car which is hard to do from Norway...
 
My live view seems to work ok on LTE. On wireless it works but less well which may be because of poor wireless at home and restaurants.

My Gravity - 5 weeks at Torrance, CA. Since 7/13.

No problem here with both versions.
 
It’s never worked for me even after trying all the online “fixes.” I’m on 3.6.4.
