Yes, oddly, those are old notes. They got applied to this update, I think accidentally. This update has the same functionality as 2.1.33.

Supposedly fixed some bugs in the various updates since 2.0.71. I'll apply it tonight. Fingers crossed.

I got the same update few weeks back. The new notes (updates in .33) are also in there along with old notes. So not sure what happened

i think that there were some cars that did load a couple of updates prior to 2.1.33 and 2.1.34 was a way to catch those cars up.

Yeah might have been true. Although not in my case I went from .26 to .34
