Ojai interior shots

I actually like it? Looks kinda futuristic?

I also hadn't noticed it until this thread, but I kinda wish I had? lol

Well, as my mama used to say, "there's no accounting for taste". Yours . . . or mine, of course. 😉

I have to admit that the photos you just posted make the seat color and the piping look much more "in bounds" than other photos. They also make the Tahoe color look more tan than orange. However, I saw that Air prototype in Miami several times with the Tahoe interior, each time taking different friends along. Not a one liked the Tahoe, saying it looked too orange. The premium leathers in the Air were advertised as "Nappa" -- a term this is missing from the Gravity leather description. I'm almost wondering if Lucid hasn't switched leather suppliers for the Gravity, and the hue might have changed.

Here's an addendum I was writing to the above post when the edit feature timed me out:

I'm beating this horse, but I really, really want to see production Gravities with the two interior choices in natural light before I get the call to confirm our Gravity Dream order. Be it in a home or a car setting, my mood can really work off my surroundings, and this sort of thing matters to me. After over three years, I still sometimes sit in our Air just looking over the details of its beautifully done interior lines, materials, and palettes.

I'm the same way in a car museum, where I get left behind by others in the party while I stare transfixed at some of the tour-de-force dashboard and interior layouts of the great cars from the 1930s - 1950s. The Air puts me more back into that world than any production car I've seen in years. In a similar vein, I was almost mesmerized by the sleek beauty of the Mercedes Vision EQS concept car interior. It's why I still rail at the EQS for going with the video arcade / Texas cathouse look for the production version.

Agree. I like it too (both on Ojai and Tahoe). My gripe has never been the piping — it’s the fact I had to drop Ojai in order to get the additional HP in the Dream Edition. Ojai felt “just right” with the Aurora Green, where Tahoe feels a little louder to me. Of course I have no primary experience with any of this, because I have never seen a Gravity close enough to inspect, and to further any opinion.
