A quick search finds equivalent ones in stock, basically you want 21mm nut covers and 54mm center caps.

I ordered 3 different sets of center cap covers 54mm from amazon none fit. If anyone can link something that will fit please post.

Unfortunately I'm on my 3rd set that doesnt fit once someone finds a seller with the right fit can you please post, if I find one I will as well.
