No Weekend Customer Service?

My car wouldn’t let me put it in gear this morning (Sunday). So I called Lucid customer support. And…they’re…closed on the weekends? Huh? What kind of customer service is that? I was shocked. As an early adapter to this brand, they lost major points telling me I had to call back on Monday. Oh my.

Did you select roadside assistance from the phone tree? They have always answered in the 3+ years I have owned my Lucids.

Customer Service for most companies is Monday-Friday. Emergency Roadside Assistance is 24hours.

Most service places are closed on Sundays. This is not a Lucid only thing.
