No rear cross traffic and pedestrian warning

I upgraded the CCCV on my 2023 AT last week. It included the most recent OTA update. Since then, the rear collision (warning about car backing out of parking space behind me) rear cross traffic warning and rear pedestrian warnings are not working. I have double checked the settings in DreamDrive and I have have done both hard and soft reboots. I spoke customer care and he was at a loss as well. He is asking service to call me.

In the meantime, has anyone else had this problem?

The cross traffic warning appeared yesterday. The car braked when I was about to back into my wife while testing today. It did not warn me as she approached from side of the car, only when she was about to enter the half circle on the Park Assist screen. I have since set the Collision Protection to Early to see if that works.

The traffic and pedestrian warning is nice to have, but I personally wouldn’t rely on it to tell me whether or not it’s safe to proceed. I’m still using the MKII eyeball system.

Yes, very unlikely to get a second try with the wife test above on a first fail.
