I have a 2023 AGT that I purchased about a month ago with 10k miles. Last Thursday, 7/30, I received a notification that 2.10 was available and I proceeded with the install. I made sure that the car was not plugged in during the update per the installation notes. Ever since the update, the car will no longer charge via J1772 and any attempt would show "Preparing to Charge" followed by "Charging Failed, unplug and re-plug in charger". I was on the phone with customer care for about 45 minutes as they walked through several troubleshooting procedures, including the system reset as well as deep sleep and none has fixed the issue. I've also attempted to charge on two different chargers and both fail in the same fashion.
Lucid had me try a DC charger and the car was able to charge at a DC station but it still fails when I attempt to charge via AC. I'm waiting on my appointment to have Lucid look at it, and I'm trying to see if others have had this issue. It seems like the 2.10 update caused the issue but Lucid hasn't offered to push out 2.10 again to see if that fixes the issue.
