No help from Lucid

I received the 2.11.0 update a couple weeks ago and I have a few issues. My seat massage has no icon so I can't use massage. My rear window sunscreen can only be operated from the screen in the rear seat. I can't get 3rd party media. Phone is really iffy.

I have been calling, texting, and emailing every day or two with only one response which was not helpful at all. My local service center (90 miles away) does not answer and their calendar shows no open dates at all, I don't even know if they are open.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I love the car however because of this I probably will not buy it at lease end, which is sad.

Even just a reply saying that they received any of my texts or emails or a return call from voicemails would be something, even an automated reply would be something

Swipe down on the pilot panel and the menu there will allow control of the rear sunshade. Are you able to get to the seat tab on the pilot panel? The massage options are now located there.
