There's a lot of twitter chatter that the report appears be mostly fabricated info, and grizzlyreports was looking to make money shorting Nio. Check Taylor Ogan if you're on twitter.

I didn't look into it much either, just happened across it while wasting time on Twitter. A side effect of waiting for a car.

Grizzly is definitely shorting NIO. JP Morgan also issues a response pretty much refuting the “report”.
