New Vendor - Lucid Certified Body shop serving Los Angeles County

Hello everyone, my name is Andrew Batenhorst. I'm the body shop manager for Pacific BMW Collision Center. We just recently completed the requirements to become a Lucid Certified repair facility and are now active on the Lucid locator tool. My shop is based in Glendale, California (about 10 miles north of downtown Los Angeles), and we are within 15 minutes of the Pasadena Lucid Studio. We are a family-owned operation, and our shop opened in 2014. The bulk of the collision repair work we do is for BMW and Lucid customers, but we are able to also service most makes and models. We are also in the midst of re-branding the shop to a more universal name.

I don't see any other body shops on here as vendors, and I know many Lucid owners in this market must drive far for servicing. The closest service center to us is Beverly Hills, and I've met Mitch Albo, the service manager. Our facility is one of the best ranked collision centers in the country, and we have invested substantially in completing all the required Lucid training and tooling to be a part of their program. Lucid is very strict on how they bring into their network, and they want to ensure the cars are being fixed properly.

In addition to being a fully equipped collision center, we also are an approved installer for Opti-Coat Ceramic Coatings (https://opticoat.com/).

We offer 24/7 towing services, and an on-site rental facility. We are your advocate to the insurance company, and in many cases also assist you with receiving diminished value reimbursement (not all cases apply), for the reduction in value on your Lucid after it has been in a collision and now has accident history.
