Here you go guys.

Yeah, you should save that tendency for something else. This is not happening. Why did he say “complimentary”? When did any company charge for OTAs? The conspiracy theorist in me wonders if this is setting the stage for future OTAs not being free….

I think it was to be clear to prospective buyers, however poor choice of words. If you think about the number of people being paid to write that press release, it boggles the mind they didn't think twice about the inference. Why did he say “complimentary”? I had to pay BMW $250 to get Apple Carplay when they first started rolling it out way back when. Then had to pay an extra $200 to make it full screen because the code they had it for didn't allow it so had to go third-party.Why did he say “complimentary”? When did any company charge for OTAs? Agreed. Complementary is a hospitality word to mean “Look at the continued value we provide at no additional cost.” It’s meant to make you feel good for having spent a boatload of money on something.I had to pay BMW $250 to get Apple Carplay when they first started rolling it out way back when. I think the wording is there to let people know that unlike other companies that just want to keep charging you for crap, Lucid is out here giving owners things with no strings attached.
Read too much into it? In an online forum? Oh, we would never!Agreed. Complementary is a hospitality word to mean “Look at the continued value we provide at no additional cost.” It’s meant to make you feel good for having spent a boatload of money on something.
Resist the urge to read more into it.
This isn’t PAAK right? Just AC and AA?Oh please pick me first. My key is killing me and I'm being a whinny kid about it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think has anything to do with Paak? Still going to need that FOB...Oh please pick me first. My key is killing me and I'm being a whinny kid about it.

Have you spoken to Lucid about it? You seem to be the only one having consistent fob failures with the latest update vs others just having sporadic issues.Oh please pick me first. My key is killing me and I'm being a whinny kid about it.
Off-topic, but I can't see PAAK without thinking of something like this (warning, AI generated image because I'm lazy):This isn’t PAAK right? Just AC and AA?
No. I emailed the dedicated software feedback email though. My original fob was great, and then service came here two weeks ago. I showed him my bad button, and he took my old fob and gave me a new one. Then immediately after I had a bunch of issues, and this was on 3.4.1. I texted him, he came back, did something and presented me with two keys. I tested both, and both worked great on 3.4.1. Then after this 3.4.4 update, both keys just don't work.Have you spoken to Lucid about it? There is an active campaign to look at the fobs so maybe your car falls under that and needs to have the fobs looked at.
“Perform TSC-K0226-001 - Inspect date code on all key fobs paired to the vehicle and replace if needed.”
Mine is in the shop now and Lucid took both keys back to look at and re-pair to the car.
