New Owner Questions

Hi everyone. I just got my Lucid Air today and love it, but there are a few things I haven't been able to figure out. I tried searching but haven't been able to find answers yet and so I'm hoping to get some help here. Here are my questions:

1. I have DreamDrive Pro and when I scroll up and hold the cruise speed button, it doesn't increase the set speed by 5 mph increments. Instead, it just keeps increasing it by very fast 1 mph increments. Does anyone else have this issue?
2. When I do increase my cruise speed by 1 mph increments, there is a delay and it takes a second or two for it to register. Is this normal?
3. For DreamDrive, is there a way to "resume" the last set speed after stepping on the brake?
4. Is there a way to reorganize the order of my Sirius favorites? I tried holding down the tile, but that didn't do anything.
5. I haven't been able to get the car to link with my iPhone 14. I've gone through setup and it says it's linked on the car screen, but on the App it is still showing it as not linked. I called customer service and they are looking into it, but I figured I may actually get better answers here.

Nope, holding it should increase it by increments of 5. Can you have someone take a quick video while you drive?

Not a second or two, but a delay exists yeah.

Yup. Just press up on the speed toggle once.

Are you referring specifically to mobile key? When you try to “relink” it in the app after it’s in the car, does it appear correctly?

If you pull up your phone’s Bluetooth settings, are there *two* connections active? One named “Lucid Air XXX” (this is the media and phone connection, and the XXX is the last three of your VIN) and one named “Lucid-YYYYY” (this is the mobile key) and YYYYY is the last 5 of your VIN.

If so, and it still isn’t working, make sure to “forget device” with the “Lucid-YYYYY” connection, remove it from the car, and try again.

I am talking about the mobile key. I do have two active Bluetooth connections and I have deleted that second one and retried to relink it a bunch of times, but no luck. The car says it’s connected but the app says it isn’t. What happens during the process is right at the end after I hit “continue” on the car screen (after I have already hit pair on my phone), the phone app just closes on its own and when I reopen it, it tells me to set up mobile link bit the car screen says the connection succeeded. Maybe I should delete and reinstall the app?

I would try deleting and reinstalling yeah. The app sounds like it’s crashing every time it tries to connect. Also ensure you have the latest app update and the latest iOS or Android OS.

I tried deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I then tried it with my wife’s phone and got the same result (it wouldn’t work). I would think tag means that it’s something with the car and not my phone. Plus the 5 mph cruise speed change also doesn’t work so I think there is just something wrong with my computer.

Yeah, it sounds like there’s something up. I’d set up a service appt.

I rebooted the system and at least the cruise button seems to be working now. Re the mobile key, Lucid said it's a known problem and their techs are working on it and hope to solve it in a few days.
