2019 Lincoln Navigator,
LGGT When hight is set to lowest; Under the car, the plastic in front of the rear wheels lower controll arm is hanging down. Both sides

Set to highest hight the plastic dose not look to be hanging down. Is ths part of the design? If so WHY ?
 
Can you post some pictures to show what you're seeing?
 
This is a picture from the rear. With the GGT set at lowest height

I'm afraid I have no idea what this is a picture of. Do you have anything clearer? The doubters are starting to make a good case.
 
Well, it seams the only way I can get help with this question is for someone with a GGT to put there car in the lowest height and get down on the ground behind the car and look at the lower rear controll arm and see if there is a piece of plastic hanging down in front of it.

Or you could post a picture that wasn't ran through a PotatoVision3000 filter.

Do you have the first Air Dream Edition that was sold? Number 1? That is where the question is coming from. There are people who troll this forum and try to disperse less than accurate information and, without verified ownership, complaints can be taken with a grain of salt until more credibility is attained.
 
There are strakes at the rear of the underbody running front to back. The strakes are part of the aero treatment of the underbody. They do not move with suspension height, however they are the lowest part of the underbody when the car is lowered - the lower control arms are pulled up and are out of the way when suspension is lowered. When you raise the suspension, the lowest part of the rear wheel area is the lower control arm.
