New Car issues no customer support

I am a new Gravity Grand Touring owner and my car has been sent to the Rutherford site to repair multiple issues. The car was only in my possession for a week and has been in Rutherford for 2 weeks and I have not had any communication on the status of my car for a week. No one is responding to my calls .
Any suggestions?

Polite and persistent calls to Customer Care seem to be successful. It’s frustrating but getting a team lead at CC can get things moving. I took delivery at Rutherford and have since been unable to get in contact with any part of that location - moved my focus to Plainview and getting CC to mediate comms.
