NEW App won't fully link for mobile key, Will lock/unlock but requires my code every time I try to go anywhere

I tried to search and I apologize if this was already covered but I've now tried to relink my mobile key 8 times in the last 5 days and it's always the same issue!

I can see the car from my mobile app (which wasn't possible when the app 1st updated). I can lock and unlock the car doors BUT every single time I try to put it in reverse or drive, it demands my PIN.

What am I doing wrong? Why won't mobile key properly link? Clearly doing the same thing (trying to link mobile key) is NOT solving the problem so what is the solution.

Everything worked fine before the app updated and I've had my Lucid since July 7, 2023. It's very frustrating having to put in my PIN every single time so what is the ultimate solution here? What happened with the app update and why isn't it working as it should now?

I have android. A Pixel 6 Pro if that matters?
 
For me, it is actually the opposite. It never worked as well as it is now with the new app! 12/23 GT. Now it's really reliable.

Well unfortunately for me it doesn't work now and I've tried all with troubleshooting. I have tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling, disabling, reconnecting, Bluetooth, signing off, signing in. I've run out of ideas and I just can't get this to work
 
I’m a new owner (one week ago) and this new update broke my Apple CarPlay.

I unpaired and repaired for both mobile key as well as in the Connectivity devices section but no luck :(

How do we submit bug requests directly to the app team?
