Just want to say Hi to All. I took delivery on 6/27 on Air Touring Quantum Stealth/Massage/DDPro/Convin Pack. Then went on vacation and just back early this week but the car was in the shop now.

Why in the shop? Well.....they rushed to deliver the car to get it for Q2, it delivered with a tear on the seat which I caught within first 60sec of delivery inspect. :-( Clearly it was passed to get the car out the door.

I still have a 2023 fully loaded Polestar2 but I will be selling it. I jump on the lucid great deal! The monthly is EXACTY same and I get so much more car....range/luxury/performance/better look (for me).

More story is I actually deposited 2022 Lucid air GT, I was in love with the car but reading all the issues with Gen1 delivery, the price at the time (with all cars) were sky high. I withdrew and went to Polestar2. Good fun car but i always wanted the Lucid or a Taycan.

For now, only pic is the tear seat, advisor said they will replace the entire seat cover....hope this won't take long, I have a touring loaner but just not the same.

I have something similar which I noticed a few days after I bought the car. It's now about 3 weeks old. I sent them a picture right away and they said to keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse. If it did they'd fix it. It's pretty small, but I think I'll see if they can fix it now. I'm not super impressed with the quality of the synthetic leather so far, but I've always had real leather so this is new.

Oh wow....maybe these defects are more prevalent than I thought. I leased it and I certainly dont want them to ding me for it when i return it given am sure they will find other things to ding me.

Besides, mine is worse than the picture, so I can't live with it.

I do agree with your statement, material does feel really good.
