Need help to decide on Audi or Lucid

The Audi is goint to be much slower, but everything software related should just work until it doesnt. It wont be unique or turn any heads. No one will ask what is because they know. It will also have less interior space for rear passengers. You will also likely get fewer features stock.

The lucid will be the only one on your street or neighborhood. It will be less reliable with software, but will also get better as you own it since it gets new features; this is a huge draw for cars like Lucid or Tesla. It will attract more attention and feel more like a rare car.

All that said, you are comparing an electric to ICE car. They are night and day and its not an apples to apples comparisson. You dont need to fill up before work or ever go to a gas station because you fill up at home. You dont need the brake peddle for normal driving which will take getting used to. You will need a place to plug in or wire a charger at home for electric, so its not a simple switch over. Long road trips will take a bit longer since it will not go as far on a charge and charging takes a bit longer.

I think another person said it above, but if you jus want a car to drive, get the Audi. If you are a nerd who likes cars and experiencing new technology, get a Lucid. Look around at other cars in the range, too. For the $70-90k range, you can get many other cars. Test drive them or try them out on Turo. Get a car you can live with for a while.

I am stuck whether to go A6 (55) or Lucid Air. they are literally the same cost going in, but the Lucid is 2k cheaper to finance (72) thanks to a more aggressive financing incentive.
Never buy an EV unless you plan to drive it for 10 years. Always lease EVs IMO, the math is better. Get what you want, it's your money.

If you want no gas and quick as Sh*t get the Air. If you want German engineering and premium gas, get Audi. But if you want to own get Audi.
