Navigation occasionally doesn't find route

Randomly, the nav system says it can't find a route, when a route is obviously available.

Then upon my next drive, it works fine again.

Please advise! Thanks

I have had the same thing happen. I don’t know why. It usually fixes itself after letting the car sleep for an hour.

It most likely doesn’t have connection, so can’t find a route. Next to the navigation is there a cloud with a prohibitory slash across it?

I have this same problem from time to time, but the car definitely has a cell connection. Spotify etc works fine including choosing new songs, multiple indicated cell signal bars, as the nav tells me “No routes found due to network issues.”

I'd try a logo reset or steering wheel reset when this happens. I used to see it fairly frequently, but pretty rarely now.
