I set the built in navigation for Chesapeake Hyatt Regency in Maryland and it sent me to a single family home down a gravel road 30 minutes south.

Welcome to HERE maps!
This may improve later in the year, when Lucid begins using Google's maps database instead of HERE's.
I've learned to always double-check where HERE is planning to go.
In the meantime, CarPlay or Android Auto can be very useful.
 
Yes HERE irritates me so much that I’ve created a map editor account. You can submit errors to them and they are typically fixed in about a week. However, one specific instance has not been fixed in months where a local primary school has the same address as a grocery store.

I notice that the address it sent you to is the one it has stored for the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake (photo on the left). That sounds like a database error. My web search says the actual address is 100 Heron Blvd in Cambridge.
 
Thanks all, good to hear it's a known problem. Yah once I turned down the gravel road I knew something was wrong and switched to google maps. Added an hour to my trip though unfortunately. When are google maps coming?

Google search for HERE navigation is what has been mentioned, which I believe should fix those issues
 
Google Maps is includes with Android Auto, if you have an Android phone. Apple has something similar with Carplay. Not sure about plans for the built in nav.
 
Yes, I think I'll just use google maps via apple carplay, though it is not as convenient to use and won't appear on the large lower screen. Related, is there no way to turn down/off the voice navigation separately from the system volume? It's not easy listening to a podcast at the same time that the voice navigation is telling you where to turn next - and if you turn that volume down in settings > audio > volume it also turns down the general system volume that I don't want to lower (I forget what that is called).
 
You can use a podcast player in Apple Carplay to get the two to play well together. The podcast should pause during navigation instructions.
 
The demo I drove on Sunday had google maps loaded as the default on the Lucid nav.

Fingers crossed that's in the upcoming late May OTA update
