How do I get the bottom nav screen to act more like the top screen?

It is as if the bottom screen is designed for planning but the top screen is more used for navigation. Which is understandable, it is a bigger screen. But I wish that once navigation begins it auto zooms, tilts the angle, and the tracks with the position of the car like the top screen does.

The bottom screen's route overview for route planning is great but once we start I don't see the point in continuing to have that style of representation. Plus I like to keep my top screen for music.

Ahh stupid me, I found the bottom to change the nav style in the right menu. Instead of the squiggle line, tap it a few times to change the style.

Ahh but annoyingly there are still differences. The top screen has way more info, more street names, stores, etc.

Zoom in on the bottom. It’s just that one is very slightly more zoomed than the other, but because it does that dynamically and based on the aspect ratio, it may have adjusted it differently on the two screens in that moment.

Aside from the size and aspect ratio, there’s no difference between the two.

@broski

Is there a way to force it being zoomed out without recentering? I find it a little too zoomed in for my liking, but i can't zoom out with the auto following stopping.

I have no idea, but I don’t think so
