The map of Lucid service centers fails to list the physical address of the Nashville service center. This omission implies the location is not owned by Lucid but represents a subcontractor hired to provide service that is too difficult for the mobile service provider. Has anyone obtained service in Nashville and can provide the physical address of the subcontractor?

I am in Huntsville, AL and initially I believed there was a service center in Nashville but after my purchase I was told there is no longer service center support at that location. The nearest service center for me is Roswell, GA which is where the mobile tech came from for my appointment.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I live in Nashville and am rapidly approaching pulling the trigger on an AGT. My one reservation is the obvious concern about access to service in my area. I reached out to someone at Lucid a few weeks ago (July, 2025) and was told that there's an active Nashville service center, as well as a mobile option. Can anyone confirm whether or not this is actually the case? I've gotten conflicting information and would appreciate a definitive answer, as this is one of the last hurdles in my decision on wether or not to buy a Lucid. Thanks!

Yep. I had assumed that that listing was valid/current, but have seen several relatively recent posts suggesting that the Nashville service center is no longer active. If all else fails, I'll just give 'em a call...

I am I hunstville and they send service from Atlanta. They are good about it but I do believe the Nashville center is not there anymore. Be nice if it was.

I am also in Huntsville, AL and my service location is Roswell (ATL), GA. I have requested service twice and tech came from GA. I have not had any issues with service or appointment scheduling.
