Can’t make a call from my car with the recipient able to hear what I am saying. Constant muffled and blowing noise on the other end
Things that I have done
Reset the car
Disconnected and reconnected phone
Reset car to default
Downloaded latest software
Checked mic positioning to see if anything is loose in that area/ three listed microphone areas
Tried another phone to pair and see if it is better
Called other people to check if it was an issue with only one person.

So far no fix. Now have to use the speaker on the phone when driving to be able to use the phone.
Have an iPhone 15 pro max.

Me too...but what's rally disappointing is that this seems to be a problem going way back...and its still not fixed.
Its almost deal breaker as my wife and I both use the car as a mobile office, and we make lots of phone calls while driving.
I really hope this gets fixed. This is really the single biggest worry for me out of all of the bugs

Yeah, this is an issue that affects a lot of people, myself included. One of the top problems for Lucid to fix on the Gravity in my opinion. Still not sure if it's all software or partially hardware.

Same issue here in Gravity. I have Samsung Galaxy Ultra.

Scary concept if this will the state for the entire lease period.

Thank you for this update, @marqie! Much looking forward to testing it out when it's ready. So the team thinks that the hardware is not the problem and it's purely a software issue?

Can you get the Profile switching time and camera lags a look in Air. This is too frustrating and sometimes this is a near miss hit something.

Also I’d like heated seat and wheel preconditioning to work. It’s been 4 years who are we kidding? They literally can’t fix their own software.

Also I’d like a popcorn maker. In the glovebox.

Just a quick thank you for engaging us in this forum. As others have already mentioned, it really does present a hopeful attitude about these issues.
And to nickwork also...see them on other threads

That’s great to hear but hoping this is not a hardware issue

This issue seems to have gotten worse recently. It was better for a while now audio quality on the receiving end is super quite.

It will be a software fix.
Thanks for the update Marqie! Besides the phone call audio issue and not having CarPlay, my GGT has been a nearly perfect vehicle for me. I’m really looking forward to this software fix! Maybe it could be a Christmas present from Lucid? 😉

Mine also. Terrible phone sounding. Connectivty/ i have tonuse my speaker in the phone….

This continues to be an issue for me. It's not always the same, sometimes people hear me ok, other times they say I sound like I'm really far away, and yesterday someone told me "static isn't the right word, but it doesn't sound right." Here's hoping a software adjustment will clear it up. It's a major issue IMO. I frequently need to take calls from my car, and just putting them on speaker is kind of janky.

A hardware limitation I'm guessing is likely and trying to circumvent by software.

They are on what, like version 8 of the door handles or something.

Am also getting the feeling this is likely more hardware than software

Picked up my new GGT on Dec 22 and my daughter picked up hers on Dec 31. Bluetooth phone is unusable - so faint, muffled, and poor quality. Any update as to how the fix is going? Hate to have to default back to phone speakerphone but that's what we have to do for now.
