Good news! There are apparently no stupid questions here. I've proved that multiple times, and I have really pushed the envelope!

As to your question... Nope. Nor would you want the drag they would cause. I hear that slush can and does accumulate in the wheel wells. An easy solution I've discovered is to go to Arizona for the winter, and stay in the valley!
